I believe, as we all know if we can educate more young black men in the U S. we can begin to change our culture and society. As a teacher for the last 10 years have realized that our young men need to realize thier purpose in life, many of our young men do not have purpose so they have no vision for thier lives. Once we help our young men to realize thier potential we will see a change in our culture. Men have shyed away from many things in life because of  not being able to take on responsibility financially. Once our young men are able to realize thier purpose they begin to cultivate their vision and then a natural pride becomes a norm which I feel will affect every aspect of young black men's lives, spiritually, emotionally,socially, and all other wise.  I believe we have come up with a plan that will help to ensure that more young black men can get in college and finish.
